    Today we start our wonderful journey to beauty of Ladakh. We start drive to Sarchu via crossing Baralacha Pass (4890m) - a beautiful drive on high altitude to be remembered for a lifetime. The pass offers stunning views of the surrounding Himalayas and is one of the most picturesque spots on the Manali-Leh highway. Stay overnight in Jispa.

  • Is this a road trip from Manali or flight from Delhi?

    This is a complete road trip starting from Manali. The package does not include any flights. You will drive from Manali to Leh via the famous Manali-Leh highway crossing Baralacha Pass, Nakeela, Lachangla, and Tanglang La. Your journey ends with a flight from Leh to Delhi on day 8, which is mentioned in the itinerary (but not included in the package cost).

  • How to avoid altitude sickness?

    The itinerary is designed for proper acclimatization. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, and move slowly. We provide oxygen cylinders in all vehicles. Day 1 drive to Jispa and Day 2 arrival in Leh allows gradual altitude gain.

  • What is Skyangchu Thang?

    Skyangchu Thang is the biggest and highest plateau on Earth, stretching for 42 kms on the Manali-Leh highway. It's a breathtaking expanse of high-altitude desert landscape that you'll cross on Day 2.

  • What is Turtuk village?

    Turtuk is a village in Nubra region that was under Pakistan until 1971. It has unique Baltistani culture, language, and people. It's a rare opportunity to experience a culture that was cut off from India for decades.

  • Best time to visit?

    June to September is ideal for the Manali-Leh road trip. Roads are open, weather pleasant, and all attractions accessible.

  • Permits included?

    Yes, all Inner Line Permits for Nubra, Turtuk & Pangong are included. Just bring original ID proof (Aadhar/Passport/Driving License).

  • What about meals?
